An old Jeep Wagoneer was left in a beachfront garage out toward the end of Cape Cod in the 1970s. The shifting sands eventually covered most of the garage, leaving the Jeep to rust away inside under a partially collapsed roof. In February, the Wagoneer finally got on the right side of the sand again, albeit much worse for wear.
Maybe a 2018 Wrangler, maybe not
That vehicle under a cover outside Fiat Chrysler’s Toledo Assembly Complex in Ohio last May? It might have been a 2018 Jeep Wrangler, or it may have been a decoy. The covered model was parked next to the current model.
The day Mazda’s Amati died
Amati, Mazda’s attempt at an upscale brand in the 1990s, never got off the ground. But the Amati team got together in October on the 25th anniversary of the day the brand was killed.
